As you know we are currently in the process of developing a new online IT System to replace the current data entry system administered by the Rural Payments Agency system (via the Government Gateway) to coincide with the transfer of all administrative duties to Ian Potter Associates from 1 April 2008.

Although detailed guidance will be made available in due course we felt that you may find it useful to have an early idea of how the new system will look.
